The pieces are very pretty!! Packaging protected the pieces but shipping & notification could be improved!

Delivery a bit slow but necklace beautiful and customer service awesome!
After receiving a defective order my order was reordered again at no cost and I just received that one. It is perfect and officially made it to me in time for my vacation. That makes me so happy! It does take a little time to be delivered to Canada but so happy with it.

I ordered a necklace from Elova’s advertising on Facebook. The necklace was just as described and looked like the picture on the advertisement. I am very pleased with the necklace. It is well made and very nice. I would order from Elova again.
