The shipping was not initiated until 2 days before arrival. I am in Florida, the item was in Dubai for 4 days. Free expedited shipping was offered and was mistakenly shipped standard for a week later, this was a birthday gift! Ellesilk blamed it on FEDEX and FEDEX insisted that Ellesilk set the shipment at standard. Received notice of arrival days before items was given to FEDEX. Ellesilk offered 20$ off, but website would not allow me to order what I wanted. Even if the $20 off offer worked at checkout, which it did not. I would still have to pay that back with the expedited shipping of $25. Ellesilk processing and shipping is so slow. They would not give me $20 back on my credit card. Customer service at Ellesilk is a myth. Hate shopping on Ellesilk website, only did so because item was out of stock on Amazon.

Don’t order online merchandise from this company. If items don’t fit cannot exchange or return and this policy is not made obvious! These items are not inexpensive and if poor fit you’re left in a predicament. Clothing items run small. BEWARE!

sadly I hadn't seen this page before purchasing from Elle Silk. They sent damaged sheets and refused to do anything about it - shocking, and rude customer service too! AVOID!

Truely awful. I can pretty much guarantee 0 positive reviews are genuine. This is because it is not just the size that is wrong with their sleepwear it is the cut. It has basically been thrown together so poorly, that no human being in existance would fit the shape of the clothes i just paid $200 form the model is 100% holding her arms in tight to her body to hide how much loose fabric sticks outb under the arms. One of the dearest garments i have bought and the worst quality garments at the same time. It feels extremely cheap. Its a good job they offer 0 refund and make you pay packaging to China to get another pile of rubbish sent to u for your partners birthday. I dont believe it is even silk. I will take it to an expert and if it is not silk i will spend my life getting them closed down. This review will be removed if i get a refund. They need to learn!

Avoid ellesilk at all costs. I am disgusted with them. The amount of trouble I have had with them lasting over a period of weeks I did not realise they were in China. You don't know that when you order something.. I ordered women's pyjamas which were nothing like colour on line. They won't refund nightwear so I had to exchange them. It took me ages to get a return address from them. Then I had to pay shipping fee to send pyjamas back and another shipping fee to send exchange pyjamas back to me. So I have spent a lot of money. Anyway about 10 days after they received the wrong pyjamas backI received exchange wine coloured pyjamas. Guess what they are faulty. There is a fault with the satin it is all rucked up on the top. I have emailed them 3 times and they are now deliberately ignoring my emails. So I am stuck with faulty pyjamas. I am absolutely furious, disgusted and stressed after all this. Also all the buttons are very loosly sewn on and the second night I wore pyjamas a button fell off. Absolute rubbish. Just an update on these rubbish pyjamas. Now the drawstring around the top of trousers to keep them up has come right out because there was nothing to secure it..Words fail me!!!

HOLE IN MY SHEET. I purchased a premium silk sheet set recently, washed them as per instructions and when putting the bottom sheet on found a small tear - contacted Elle Silk and was told it was my fault and seeing as the sheets have been washed are refusing to do anything about it. I have washed over 3000 sets of linen and never managed to put a hole in anything! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR ATTITUDE AND SERVICE - WISH I HAD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought two sets of pyjamas for my partner with faulty stitching in both the top and the pants of the sets. Sent photo evidence to customer support only to be told no refunds and that I could have $40 off my next purchase. What an absolute joke of a company. Hope you appreciate the money you got off me this time.

Ordered an item off this site well over a month ago with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days. When it still had not arrived in 3 weeks I emailed the company and was advised to follow up with the courier direct, which I did and was given the run around by them. Went back to Ellesilk and explained my order was with them I wanted my product by end of week (when it was needed for a baby shower) or a refund. They told me I would have to "refuse the package" from the courier -- a package I still had no idea where it was. And then they would send it back to their warehouse (which is in China) and then they could refund me. I explained at that time it was too late for shower AND I was out of pocket for a package I am not even sure they sent. Helen who I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and downright rude at times. I would not buy from them, delivery times stated are not accurate and there is no customer service if anything goes wrong. The package eventually showed up nearly 5 weeks later and at this stage it is incredibly battered..
