Sadly I have to advise buyers to avoid this company. I ordered an item which never arrived. A replacement was eventually sent, some six weeks after the original was ordered. When the replacement arrived I had to pay for customs duty on the item, which amounted to around 30% of the value of the original order. I then had to seek repayment of the customs duty from ElleSilk. It has been a poor experience all round. I would steer clear and buy elsewhere.

I have been waiting for my goods for six weeks now . The communication has been poor and I will be setting my credit card to ask for a refund

Elegant, $149 luxury garment but defect emerged after washing. I sent photographic evidence to Ellesilk, showing the defect as well as the washing agent and wash cycle which were both specifically for use with silk. They replied with: 'We are sorry to know that the item didn't work out for your wife..' Their offer of a $20 voucher off my next purchase has done nothing to placate me - there will be no 'next purchase'. I am very dissatisfied with this unprofessional after-sales service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. One of the WORST customer service experiences of my life. I ordered their product, it arrived on time,but the color they sent was wrong. They sent grey. I don't care for grey, and I didn't order it. I ordered a beautiful light blue. They asked for a photo to verify color. I emailed a clear photo requesting a refund & replacement. They responded informing me that I'd have to pay for return shipping to China for their error. They actually thought it was perfectly okay to go on saying that once back in China, 'someone' would inspect said product making sure it was actually 'grey' not light blue. Only then would 'they' determine if I deserved a refund. OMG! Your kidding? A previous still life photographer, and painter I know 'grey' verses 'light blue.' We've all seen grey skies. Grey is grey. The photo I emailed was clearly grey. I wish I could post it here. The difference between grey verses light blue on their website is also easy to identify. Instead, this Chinese company stood their ground continuing to gaslight me, still refusing to pay for return shipping after multiple requests. They insisted that despite a high resolution photo taken under daylight conditions they still weren't 100% able to determine the color of their own unopened product. If the company who created a product can't tell the difference in their own colors, maybe they should mark their packaging correctly. Wow. I opened a claim with PayPal. Hopefully they'll refund my money. Their website looks like a USA website, that's obviously for a reason. Buyer beware, you're ordering directly from China with zero customer service. Go elsewhere! 1star. Zero stars = zero customer service.

Ordered 2 sets of pillowcases on same day same order this company sent them individually which cost me $99 in custom fees and duties - never ordering from this company again what a scam!!!!

I purchased a silk nightie for my wife which she was delighted with. However she has now washed it for the first time (by hand) and the nightie has changed from blue to a mix of various blues and greens and is obviously ruined. I emailed the company and have received a very curt reply which rather unbelievably ends with suggesting I may wish to purchase other products. Looking at various reviews I am obviously not alone in this customer service and find it difficult to believe the positive reviews (4 overall) are genuine. I would also like to point out that I have never before entered a review on Trustpilot which gives an idea of how cross and disappointed I am with this company

Convinced it's a scam. I ordered sheets with express shipping on April 1. April 9 I sent a request asking where they were. April 11 they told me the sheets were originally out of stock but were shipped. I was never told the sheets were out of stock when I ordered them. I asked for the tracking number and they said they do not have one. I understand things are a little hectic with COVID but you still need to tell people things are out of stock. Not having a tracking number is raising red flags. I asked for a refund and my request has been ignored. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card and going back to Lilly Silk.

Morgenmantel für 150€ löst sich nach der ersten Wäsche auf! Verwendet wurde Waschmittel für reine Seide, so wie ich auch meine Bettwäsche eines anderen Herstellers wasche. Meine Bettwäsche sieht noch nach 2 Jahren wir am ersten Tag aus, der Mantel leider nicht! Ich habe versucht, den Verkäufer mehrmals per Mail zu kontaktieren, jedoch werden meine Mails anscheinend ignoriert. Sehr schade!
