I made two orders. One on Amazon which arrived within days. It was the silk blanket. It is really a thing of beauty. Expensive but gorgeous. The second order was for silk fitted sheets. They too are lovely. i got them some years ago and they were excellent. They took a really long time to arrive and the tracker didn't work. Consumer services were very helpful

This review is about ordering bed linen and sleeping shirts at ElleSilk. The overall experience it very good. The shop is easy to use; finding and ordering worked well and one can often find coupons, in my case to spare shipment costs. Shipment itself was within the announced time and everything arrived in good shape. The products: Material and workmanship is of really high quality. We are more than satisfied. Colors are super close to what is presented online (which is rare). Finally the only negative part: Before ordering I sent questions to customer service using the online form. - I never received an answer. While one question was about future options, the other one was in direct relation to my order and an answer could have helped a lot.

Product as described, sizing accurate and prompt delivery. Only wish silk wasn't so expensive!

I purchased a twin silk comforter. It is exactly as described. It is high quality and I’m sleeping through the night without the hot flashes that I had with a lightweight down comforter. I had no issues with ordering it or delivery.

I have ordered a gift from Ellesilk for my friends baby.. A beautiful silk sleeping bag and it's absolutely beautiful! I wish they made one in my size I will definitely be buying this again. I had also ordered a silk night shirt and I absolutely love the look and quality. The only downside is the color looks a lot different than it did online. The brown online looks a lot lighter and more neutral than it does in person.. The real color is a bit more red. You can order swatches through their website though and I recommend doing so if you're looking for a very specific hue.
