I ordered a baby blanket. The only reason that I give 4 stars is because of the color. There are not many options to choose. I chose the ivory but it is not as I expected. The color is not very bright. Is mostly like a light pistachio color. This is the only thing that disappointed me. Otherwise, the rest is 5star+. The blanket is great quality, washable, light and warm. The size is very good. The service and shipping was very good and fast. I will definitely will order more products from this store.

I purchased a silk pajama from Ellesilk. Overall, I am satisfied. The product is great, it feels very comfy and keeps me nice and warm. The downside was the delivery and the communication. I didn't automatically receive the shipping notification nor shipping number. After several emails to Ellesilk, I got a shipping number. But it turned out that my package was delivered already, to a unknown pickup station, which was a bit far from my place. When I went there, the package was not even registered and the shop owner needed to call DPD/Chronopost. If I can avoid all the hussle with delivery next time, I would love to purchase from Ellesilk again.

I have bought: 2x silk filled duvets 2x Silk Duvet Covers 1x Silk Fitted Sheet 5x pillowcases My feedback is: 1. Negative – bad packaging of big orders: - Very bad and thin packaging is used for big orders like 2x duvets. Boxes are not even used for packaging of big orders. Therefore the luxurious goods can be damaged during transportation. - It is difficult and dangerous to unwrap the big orders as they are just wrapped with scotch forming something like a huge ball. The goods are very tightly wrapped, the goods are very close to the package itself. It is possible to damage the goods inside while unpacking them. As a result after unwrapping the goods are wrinkled. - Client support service is not interested in changing the packaging style for big orders. I wrote an email to Ellesilk and asked to use boxes next time, however the next package i received was packed as usual – no box was used. My opinion - solid and secure packages should be used for packing the luxurious goods. 2. Positive: - the products are truly luxurious, the quality is very high, - fabric is durable, - good variety of colours, - all possible types of sizes are available. - small orders are packed carefully into the boxes, i did not have any problems while unpacking them. - small orders are delivered very fast (or immediately). I have ordered two different styles from Ellesilk, one was a men's short sleeve pyjama set, and one was a men's long sleeve pyjama set. The sizing is quite different for me between the two styles, as can be the case at any brand. However, one of the long sleeve pyjama sets lost one its buttons on the shirt after only a couple wears, and the other buttons don't seem vert tightly sewn on, so I am expecting they may fall off too. Although Ellesilk was very quick in responding to me to let me know that they offer a repair service, because I am in Canada it doesn't make sense with the cost of shipping and the incursion of further duties to send it back to them. I will have to get it repaired myself. I am glad I got these items on sale, so that I can cover the cost of the repair myself without being upset. I think it would be a good idea for Ellesilk to consider refunding the repair cost I incur, or to provide a round-trip cost of shipping and duties prepaid option if they prefer to fix it themselves for manufacturer defects.
