This company is fraudulent and refused to issue me a refund by posting fake photos that the item I was returning was stained. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I lost $179.

Exploitative company with terrible customer service. I wish I had paid attention to the bad reviews before ordering. Unfortunately for me it is too late.

Se me piden, no sé por parte de quién, según Trustpilot màs aclaraciones sobre el caso de un relleno de seda de morera. A mí personalmente no me ha llegado nada. También me dicen que si no contesto (a qué?) mi experiencia expresada anteriormente, no se tendrá como genuina. Si me dicen quién y qué quieren contestaré. Ya he confirmado anteriormente que es una experiencia real.

Not silk! I paid several hundred dollars for two pairs of pajama bottoms and a turtle neck. The product that arrived was clearly polyester (I did the burn test) and very cheaply made. Single serged and not silk. This company is a scam and the “good” reviews are fake.

The company operates dishonestly and is based in China, despite listing prices in GBP, which can mislead customers into thinking the company is based in the UK. I purchased a silk pajama set for £160, but it was not worth the price, and the size was too large. When I requested a refund, I had to pay £25 for the return shipping. Additionally, when the refund was processed, they deducted another £16.80 for shipping costs. I guess if you lucky and like the product then ok, but if not it will be a costly mistake,

The items are manufactured in China and both shipped from and returned to China. The total cost of returns is approximately £30, and the return process is overly complicated. It requires printing and completing a detailed form, making the experience far from straightforward. For a product with a premium price tag, this level of inconvenience is unacceptable. I would not purchase from this retailer again.
