Do not like being misled for reviews. Offering a discount on your purchase and then saying it's on your "next purchase" after you've spent time doing a review is very misleading. Will not be using this company again

UPDATE: This company is a scam operation, the supply very poor quality goods that don't match the description on the website, when you complain the offer you a small refund of 10‰ and threaten you with international shipping costs of £50 even if you are returning goods because they don't match the description. Be warned. Also I think may of their trust pilot reviews are fake 😒 This company is awful, really cheap nasty product that if you try to return the ask for upto £50 postage costs and instead try to fob you off with a 10% refund. They send there goods from China and my package took over 3 weeks to arrive, my order was not at all as described so aske to return, they offered me a fraction of the refund and when I refused the stopped answering my messages. Don't bother. I normally check things out first but I must have been in a hurry, think I saw 4.4 rating on here, and put the order in but if I had read any of the reviews I wouldn't have.

Zero stars. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH ELLESEandCO.com!!! They sent me an incorrect product that I paid $29.99 for and would not return my payment or give me a return address. They sent me TWO more (incorrect & non-working) products as replacement. They insisted I send photos of these (I did) and they still would not refund. After numerous emails back & forth, they offered a 30% refund OR a 70% store credit. If I wanted a full refund, I was expected to return their incorrect & defective goods back to China at my expense, which they claimed would be 20-25 Euro (22-28 USD) and would take weeks to resolve. ELLESEANDCO.COM --Do not go there ! Oh yay! "Sarad at Customer Care" has replied, but I have received TWO more emails from this company demanding that I send the defective products back to China AT MY EXPENSE. And THEN, their "team" in China will inspect the products to decide whether they will bother to give me a full refund !!!!!! ANOTHER REMINDER: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ELLESE & CO (elleseandco.com)

Cheap stuff and poor quality. Nowhere close to the photos. Be careful. Temu products are better than this. Trust pilot is misguiding says above 4 star, it is fake or false reviews are in here.

Ordered leather size 9 walking shoes with 48 hour delivery. Arrived 2 weeks later. Size 8 plastic. Contacted customer service immediately- 4 weeks later they’re still giving me the run around and claiming I am not entitled to a refund. Used chargeback to obtain refund through my credit card- interestingly they ask you not to do this on their returns policy so it must be a common issue. Check how many of the positive reviews haven’t yet received their goods.

This company is nothing short of an International Organised Crime Group. They will show products on-line with a reasonable but not ridiculous discount. The item will take a while to arrive from somewhere in Asia. This despite the UK flag featuring heavily on their logo. The product will be a shoddy interpretation of what was offered at point of sale. I bought a pair of UK11 shoes online only to receive what equates to size UK8 poorly manufactured toy shoes. When you request a refund they will fob you off with pathetic part refunds and high fees to return the sham products to somewhere in Asia. They are nothing more than internationally based cheap scam merchants who are not apparently covered by any UK Consumer protection legislation so are effectively untouchable. The only route for people like me who are scammed by this company is to use Chargeback and/or Sec 75 protection from debit and credit card providers used to purchase their rubbish merchandise. I sensed warning signs when at the time of purchase Ellese and Co offered me online a £5 further discount to answer 5 short questions. Following answering the questions they provided a link to Trust Pilot to write a review there. This was an obvious inducement to write a positive review in return for a financial reward so I did not continue this process. This is the first time I have been scammed online and am disappointed in the way Google and the credit card company facilitate this grubby deception by allowing them to advertise on their platforms and to subsequently process their payment.

Viewed a children toy which they advised was reduced from £99 to £49.99 and ordered it. The product arrived and wasn't as shown on the video and I wouldn't have paid £4.99 never mind £49.99. The returns policy is you pay £25 to return the package and only if they accept it will THEY decide to refund you !! After several emails offering a 10% refund to keep the product the customer service is the worst. PLEASE,PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. The products as substandard and are from China, not the Netherlands or the UK . UPDATE: OFF THE 21ST OCTOBER THIS COMPANY HAS STILL NOT REPLIED TO ME SO PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD WORKING CASH ON THIS SITE FOR TOYS. THE RESPONSE BELOW IS SMOKE AND MIRRORS.
