Everything was awesome except getting the verification email it was a bit slow I had to wait till the next day to get that

It was very difficult to trace the article we wanted. The product description lacked detail, e.g. what type of material, did not clarify if the product was lined, etc. Insufficient close up images of the article. The article was quite poorly presented It was a nightmare trying to complete the purchase administrively - I almost 'gave up.

Checkout process could be made a LOT easier, because of the toing and froing trying to get to the checkout I have probably been charged for 2 of the same garments!

I don’t like that they auto added fees.

Product protection was added without my knowledge

It is a ok experience.

It was easy to order. The Shipping Protection fee appeared and I did not request it. I had already paid before I realized it had been added.
