I ordered an interactive ‘lifelike’…
I ordered an interactive ‘lifelike’ bunny for my granddaughter. It cost £24.99 plus shipping insurance. It arrived today and is so cheap and tacky and noth8ng like the picture online or the description of its movements. I’m trying to get a refund. Don’t buy from these charlatans

I wrote a terrible review about…
I wrote a terrible review about Elleseandco a liitle while ago and they responded saying they will look into my experience. Originally they took my order but sent two items that were not what I needed and have since refused to refund me unless I send those items received back (to China) at my expense. They have contacted me since that review but still refuse to refund me. Researching this is quite normal for them. They are a scam. Do not go near them.

Ellese & Co DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company!!! They are a SCAM and a FRAUD! They do not take any notice of the 'Consumer Rights Act of 2015, Section 75', I.e; Send the wrong product, charge over the ticket price and then - refuse to give a full refund. I have learnt my lesson; If at all possible(?!) avoid chinese companies, and do your research before placing an order.

Terrible, cheap and not despatched from UK
I was a fool not to read all reviews, company made to look like UK so I expected goods to arrive in a couple of days as I had paid extra for tracked postage. The garden shoes took 3weeks to arrive and were rubbish nothing like advertised plus they did not fit.After reading reviews I realised I was going to have problems returning them as I received the same reply from them as other people. So I couldn't wait to get rid of them and took them to a charity shop.! I was a fool to have not read all reviews.

Buyer beware . Don't buy from this Chinese company
Don't buy from this Chinese company, they refuse refunds even when they send wrong items, keep away they are dodgy. Plus it takes for ever to receive your goods. Also they have taken 3 unauthorised payments by using my Mastercard in the space of 3 months . I have reported this to my bank. Shocking company to deal with.

I ordered an item that arrived faulty
I ordered an item that arrived faulty. When I reported it and asked for a replacement they told me I had to ship it gack to a warehouse in Asia at my cost £25-£30 (the item was worth £37). I told them the return was there ussue as item faulty but they refuse to replace. After 2 weeks of email they will refund 30% of the cost. So I am stuck with a faulty item that I cannot use and have lost £30. My advice avoid using this company, they are a con.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Not to be confused with "Ellese" another company. If you need to return a product their "money back guarantee" can easily be wiped out by their requirement that return postage to their supplier (usually China) be paid by the customer.
