Ordered a jacket
Ordered a jacket - their website seemed pretty genuine, I didn't think there would be any issues and the product looked nice but wasn't necessarily cheap. However, I just thought I'd read up on them and quickly realised I may have made a mistake ordering. I then emailed them and confirmed that I need to cancel my order (within 30 minutes). Their cancellation policy states as long as you cancel within 2 hours, there will be no charge. They simply ignore this and continue to send progress emails about what stage the order is at, this is despite me emailing each time, and them emailing back asking why I want to cancel blah, blah, blah. This has been ongoing since 1/10/26. I now have the jacket, and they are trying to haggle with me to give me a partial refund to avoid them having to now pay the return costs. At the same time, making out like they are trying to do me a favour, to avoid ME paying the high return shipping costs. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have my credit card company pursuing them - we'll see what happens.
