I sent off for a blood sugar monitor 8in 1 sent me a 4in 1 pulse Oximeter said £19-99 free shipping then charged me £28-78 and i paid and they said it hadn't gone through so I did it again and they took 2 payments ,I tried to cancel straight away and they wouldn't let me ,my bank are now sorting this.

I am writing to formally state that my package has not arrived. Once again, dealing with your company has been a ridiculous experience. I am tired of waiting for items that never show up.Because you do not even have the decency to provide a contact number, I am convinced this company is a scam. I have already shared my experience online, and I will continue to post reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and social media to warn the local and international community never to buy from you. You clearly do not care about your customers, and your service is absolutely terrible.

Completely fake ellese & co website
Completely fake ellese & co website, ordered Heley Hansen and got some Chinese crap, wrong colour wrong brand wrong size. Return shipping is not free they asked $50 for return. Website say store Sydney but it comes from china. Offered me credit 60% on next purchase but when I said I can’t see credit they have stopped replying.

Was overcharged for the product and it didn’t arrive
Was overcharged for the product, refund still not received nearly three weeks after alerting them. Waited 3 weeks for the product, followed up three times, only to be told that it was out of stock. Total waste time, terrible service, would recommend avoiding - they just drop ship from China.

Total scam
Total scam, ordered a Helly Hansen Jacket and they sent some off brand hoodie. When I asked for 100% refund they offered 20%. Then after 18 emails they offered 70% if I shipped it back. DO NOT BUY FROM.

Wrong shoe size was shipped.
I ordered a men's shoe in size 8.5 but was sent a shoe in a European size 40, which is equivalent to a U.S. men's size 7. Since I did not trust that a European shoe size would fit properly, I tried to get a refund through their customer service, but was told that I would have to pay return shipping because they claimed that they had shipped the size I had ordered. Apparently, their warehouse is using a women's size conversion chart for this men's shoe. I finally stopped trying to argue with them and disputed the charge through my credit card company.

SCAM ....do not buy from this company
SCAM ....do not buy from this company. The good reviews here about them are al paid bot reviews. Do come research, dig deeper, they are a horrendous scam pretending to be from Netherlands, products are sent from China and are nothing like what they put on their website. Don't waste your money.
