They were great in responding to my E mail . I received a text message with in seconds . Hassle free , no issues at all. It was an address issue and they took care of it in seconds.

Poor quality and ill-fitting footwear in my experience. And although they advertise hassle-free returns, I believe shipping an item back at your own expense to china is definitely a hassle.

The shoes have a very cheap look. The rhinestone pin is gaudy. They are shipped from China and returns are at your expense. Basically you are stuck with a pair of shoes you do not like. They offer a 20% discount on your exchange for another size. Not what I expected.

I thought by the look of the site, that it was based in the U.S. It is actually based in China. It took a month to get my order, and what I received, looks nothing like what was on the site. I ordered a leather clog with a wooden heel. I received a cheap plastic shoe with a rubbery heel. I won't wear the shoes I received. Ever. I have asked for a return address, but I haven't been given that information. There is a lot of stalling going on, on their part. Do not waste your money. Steer clear of this site.

Delivery took close to two weeks, but the tracking was active from dispatch until it reached me. The parcel was packed neatly and none of the clothes had any marks or damage.

I noticed after the confirmation that the state was wrong on my address. I immediately tried to call but was told thru a message to email soo did. Let’s see what happens.
