I ordered two pairs of shoes that were described as being orthotic shoes. When the shoes arrived they were very flimsy and made of cheap material. There is no way either pair would be supportive. I tried to contact the company to return the shoes. I filled out a contact form on their website. No answer. A week later I called the number on their website. It went right to a recording stating to go online and email them. I went back to their website and again requested assistance. Still no answer.
