Horrible!! The only way to leave a review is say it will be good. I tried to cancel within 30 minutes. I have the receipts. Their response? It has to be done in 15 minutes.. WHAT??? The click button on confirmation to manage order takes you to a bs website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY SHADY AF

Unfortunately, the item I received is materially different from the product represented in the online photos. This is not simply a matter of personal preference or an unexpected fit. The garment does not accurately reflect the appearance, construction, or proportions shown in the listing. Specifically: ● Fit and length: In the photos, the top appears to hit higher on the torso and flare outward, creating a distinct silhouette and the appearance of a narrower waist. The top I received does not have this shape or structure. The only way to approximate the advertised look is to tuck the top in and blouse it out, which does not replicate the garment shown in the photos. ● Neckline: The boat neckline shown in the photos is substantially wider than the neckline on the garment I received. ● Material and structure: The material is significantly thinner and has considerably less structure than what is conveyed in the photos. This also affects how the garment hangs and fits and contributes to the substantial difference between the advertised appearance and the actual item. Additionally, Elle Charleston baits it's customers by giving a 50% off code if you click on a "good review". Therefore, all the "happy" customers are potentially looking for an easy coupon code. The return policy is where Elle Charleston makes its money. It is NOT free or easy to return.

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company because they advertised the Molly shoe to be orthopedic. These shoes are not orthopedic. They have no arch support whatsoever. The size is off and the bottom of the shoe is hard and not flexible. The company says easy returns and refunds. Their easy returns consists of returning the shoes to China at your expense which costs more than what I paid for the shoe or they will give you a 10% back and you can keep the shoes. Why do I want a worthless pair of shoes. They want you to send the shoe to China but the return address is from GA. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid them. If you need to return anything, it’s your expense to send it to China. Don’t deal with a company not in the U S.

It was very easy to order they give you a good first incentive for your first purchase. I like the return policy. I have 30 days to decide in case I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit. And they also charge you for a shipping protection fee, which is actually a very good idea. If for some reason, my order gets lost or damaged, it is covered with this protection fee.
