DON'T waste you money...I was pissed, as well, but...I ordered over $100 of shoes. Tried to return a couple that weren't right. The one pair, fell apart within a week! You cannot REACH ANYONE...the phone, in DE, tells you to go to an email. No one answers the email. I've had NO REFUND...NEVER AGAIN. The product comes from overseas, as well...Whop, was involved with invoicing. BAD!

I ordered three suede slippers that looked beautiful online, but when they arrived, it didn't look what I saw online. Extremely cheap material, and they glued a piece of something as the soles. When I emailed customer service for a return label, they told me I had to pay for the shipping myself... to a warehouse in China! The shipping cost is more than the slippers. They deliberately trap you so you can't get your money back. The pictures on this website are stolen from high-end brands. What you actually get is a cheap, badly stitched knockoff that looks absolutely nothing like the photo. It took over three weeks to arrive. Save your money and shop somewhere reputable. This is just a dropshipping front passing itself off as a luxury store. Also, they sent me an email with the following message: "If you give us five-star review, your order [COULD] cost you $0.00." Alas, I wish I'm able to upload photos as proof. Save your money!

Shoes are advertised as high-quality or orthopedic but they are not and are poorly made. Sizing is inconsistent, extremely larger IMPORTANT!!!While the website uses a Delaware business address, the official Elle Charleston Refund Policy mandates that all returns must be shipped to their central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, which often costs more than the shoes themselves. I ended up donating the shoes. They offered $9.00 refund out of $46 they charged. This is the scam and how they make their money. Shipping back was $35 so they know people will not return and take the loss. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Someone needs to shut stores like this down. They scam people in sneaky ways. So they post their refund policy but fail to mention the cost to ship back. These shoes were not orthopedic and the sole was falling off.

Don't use this company! The Orthopedic shoes; which I now see are offered through numerous sites, pure junk! Won't answer you for returns! This is what AI is going to be used for: Just more ways to scam you!!!

My little shoulder bag has ended up being much more useful than I expected. It fits my phone, card holder, keys and a few makeup bits without becoming heavy. I also like that it sits close to the body instead of sticking out awkwardly. I've been grabbing it for dinners and quick trips out.

Terrible terrible product. Terrible material…think parachute but in a dress. Fit horribly. Took over a week to get. I ordered a small and a medium which came to roughly $102.00 but when I went to return it was going to cost me well over that to return to CHINA. They don’t have a phone number to actually use. The number rings and then says, “send us an email!” and then hangs up on you. Never never use.

I have to say the dress sent was one of the worst I have ever received, the material was cheap and sagging, the size was unbelievable, the style was nothing like the picture shown, it was basically very horrible fit for the rubbish bin or to be used as a furniture duster, never again.
