I keep seeing bad reviews. Personally I really like them, my kids drink it in juice. Yes it doesn't fully dissolve in juice but it is tasteless. Even my daughter who refuses to eat also anything apart from 5 safe foods, will drink it in juice. Everyone also mentioned about how hard it was to cancel, which had me nervous so I tried. Two emails is all it took. I don't know why its so negatively reviewed with all the benefits.

Great vitamins but the cancellation process is incredibly frustrating & felt unethical. In my opinion you shouldn’t even have to be roped into a subscription to buy a vitamin. You sign in to find that you can manage subscription times but not actually cancel. You’re directed to another website where you have to request a refund. Even after that, it’s hurdle upon hurdle. Many parents are trying these because they’ve heard methylated vitamins can help with neurodivergence. If there’s one community you should NOT prey upon, it’s special needs parents. That being said, I was issued a full refund even though I didn’t ask for one. This was after my poor review. Hopefully they tone down the greed & make the process easy to get in AND out of.

I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews so wanted to share our experience. I love these vitamins. Yes, they are listed as unflavored but be mindful the ingredients do list monk fruit and monk fruit is sweet so yes they are a little sweet tasting. Which I find is great for adding to milk or yogurt, and even coconut water. If you do it in a tiny sip it’s easier to make sure it’s taken. I feel like they work for our family to get my toddler who doesn’t like veggies extra vitamins. I also really loved the magnesium! And I noticed it helped for bedtime prep the first day. Anyone who takes magnesium before bed knows it works, and I highly recommend. We will be trying their iron next month. Yes, it is a subscription. But it’s really easy to sign into your account and manage your subscriptions! You can skip months, swap bundles and even change the days you’re charged. It’s really simple. I think the price point for a 3rd party tested vitamin with everything they have in them and the types of vitamins in them is worth it, personally. So hope this helps someone when making vitamin choices for your kids.

We were charged monthly (~€95) for a vitamin subscription with no reliable way to confirm delivery. Tracking was not visible in the account or emails, and subscriptions cannot be canceled directly on the website — you must email support to stop charges. Support eventually resolved the issue and issued refunds, but only after escalation. The fact that this level of effort is required is the problem. Parents — particularly those already under cognitive and emotional load — should not have to monitor opaque systems or fight to manage subscriptions. A children’s wellness company should operate as a trusted partner, not an adversary. If EllaOla wants to lead ethically in this space, transparency, easy cancellation, and delivery visibility need to be non-negotiable.

I needed more time on our first order since we were having trouble being in a routine using it. I called and problem fixed so easily. Thank you we are using daily now and they are arriving on time.

So at first (my fault for not reading), I didn’t know it was a subscription! So I emailed them and said please cancel my subscription and if it’s any good after the first box I will re sign up. 1st box came, well my sons development has been so noticeable! His eye contact, says more words and counts to 9, still a fussy eater but can’t have everything lol He’s also just got his first cold after 2 months of taking these vitamins and usually he’s been unwell every 3-5 weeks!!! So it’s definitely boosted his immune system. Have just signed up for the iron sachets too, and no doubt if there’s no difference then I can just email to cancel again. Can’t fault them! Even when I accidentally signed up twice they just cancelled one account and delayed the order by 2 months (as I had 2 boxes arrive), all via Instagram messenger

I want to start this by saying I have not placed an order yet. I do have three different products in my cart. The sleep one, the toddler multivitamin, and the toddler iron packet. I try to keep our products clean and safe and do research. So far it looks good. Here the reviews often say its a subscription they didn't know they're getting but before I even got on here I clearly saw it stated that it was a subscription on each product so to me that seems like people aren't paying attention. However if it is hard to cancel then its unfortunate but I honestly dont know a single company that when I go to cancel an account or subscription they dont first offer discounts incase it is a price issue so that is also very normal. I hope once I order and get my son started it will help with sleep and nutrition and will do another review.
