The product is ok, but they do not allow you to cancel your subscription without emailing them directly. Any subscription you can get into without writing an email should be reversible without one. It's just a rude and underhanded business practice.

I like the product, although it’s overpriced and there is a similar product out there much cheaper, and is of comparable quality. My issue with them was their shocking customer service. When I tried to cancel my subscription the system offered me a discount to stay, I said no, they offered me a higher discount which I accepted. They then cancelled my subscription (even though I did not want to cancel at this point as it was a comparable price to the competition) When I questioned this they basically said tough! It was a system error and the discount was incorrect! Shocking customer service, so obviously that was the end of my custom. I have also stopped recommending them to all my nutritional therapy clients so they will have lost custom through their own shocking service.

Tried the box for a month, unfortunately my daughter could detect when I put it in her drinks (terrible for mixing in liquids, even when the drink is hot), putting it in her food meant i couldn't gauge how much of the vitamins she consumed as meals aren't finished. And have now discovered it's going to be an uphill battle to cancel a subscription after looking on the website there is no cancel at all, only postponing. So it looks like I will be made to go through a sales team via email for retention. This business practice of making it hard to leave is ridiculous, and just makes me never want to deal with them again.

I canceled my membership on 3/21, and just got charged on 4/11. Just updating.. I got a response and will be issued a refund once i return the product.

I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times. They keep charging me every month. SCAMMERS.it is a clear company strategy to get as much money as possible this way. Also, they willigly make it harder to cancel by forcing you to send an email which goes consistently ignored.

I want to cancel my subscription and have already emailed for this request and not receiveda reply as of yet. My concern is I have noticed others are experiencing problems in doing do so. I hope this isnt going to be this difficult and stressful. It should be a straightforward cancellation.

I did not sign up for a monthly subscription but apparently I have one as vitamins continue to be delivered to my address monthly and my bank charged. I checked my account on their site and it says I have no subscription and no upcoming orders, which makes it impossible to "unsubscribe" to something that supposedly doesn't exist! I sent them an email today stating they will stop any subscription and stop charging my bank or I will contact my state AG, write a review on Trust Pilot, and ask my bank to block further charges. I will also contact the FCC as this is a violation of consumer rights and fraudulent behavior. No vitamin is worth this hussle. Update: You're email today does NOT address my concern. It attempts to lower the price of the subscription and tells me my child's health is important and so I should continue buying your vitamins. You're either AI or spammy and tone deaf. Cancel my subscription. Update: 03-26-26 You say you cancelled my subscription according to your second email this morning. I have blocked further charges at my bank. I never signed up for a subscription. I hope this helps others make an informed decision/avoid something they don't want.

Great vitamins but the cancellation process is incredibly frustrating & felt unethical. In my opinion you shouldn’t even have to be roped into a subscription to buy a vitamin. You sign in to find that you can manage subscription times but not actually cancel. You’re directed to another website where you have to request a refund. Even after that, it’s hurdle upon hurdle. Many parents are trying these because they’ve heard methylated vitamins can help with neurodivergence. If there’s one community you should NOT prey upon, it’s special needs parents. That being said, I was issued a full refund even though I didn’t ask for one. This was after my poor review. Hopefully they tone down the greed & make the process easy to get in AND out of.
