Elitone is designed to help activate the pelvic floor muscles, and results can vary depending on the person and severity of symptoms. Many customers begin to notice improvement within about 6 weeks, while others may need closer to 12 weeks to see the full benefit. We also understand that ongoing GelPad replacement is an important consideration, and we try to be transparent about that before purchase. Our team encouraged continued use because some users see improvement later in the recommended treatment period, and we wanted to give you the best opportunity for success. We also extended your return deadline beyond our standard guarantee so you had additional time to evaluate the device. We’d also like to clarify two points for future readers: Elitone has been evaluated in six clinical studies, not one. Also, the 95% figure refers to the percentage of participants who improved in a clinical study, not the percentage of customers who return on time. Regarding returns, used GelPad packs are only deducted beyond the two packs included in our guarantee, which is what is needed during that return period.
