Sorry to keep you waiting, in order to prevent the package from being damaged due to the product being too heavy, we split the package and shipped it

Provide a number for me for the 1000x I'll continue to right replies until you provide me one that actually goes to a business not some cell phone with no voicemail. I just want to return the product why arent I allowed to do this?
Response from ELITEWILL INC.May 18, 2022
We communicated so much to determine that the problem is that our product title does not say that it is suitable for 2500HD, but you think it is suitable for 2500HD, you can't blame us. (We also remind other customers to pay attention to our product titles, because many parts are dedicated to special vehicles, if you have any questions, you can consult us). The result of the communication is that the return address has been sent to you on April 24, but until now I have not received your return. We didn't do anything wrong, so we're not afraid of you applying for a lawyer or something more complicated. New reply: The return information has been sent to your email again, please pay attention to check.

Disappointed
Thought it was going to arrive in a timely manner. Didn’t realize it was on a slow boat from China.

hi friend, because the warehouse closest to you is out of stock, so we will arrange the goods for you from another warehouse. We send you FedEx express, and the shipping time is from May 6th to May13th, now it has arrived. not the slow ship, the slow ship will take 2 months to arrive.

Ordered the bed rack and felt it was a great price until I got it. A lot of places had the coating chipped off, now was it from shipping and handling of package or was it that way before it was shipped? I don't know and it is what it is. Assembled rack and placed in in and secured. Everything fit like it was suppose to. The real issue that has me giving it a low rating is "Nothing" I have ordered to mount on the rack does not line up with the holes. No matter what I do none of the holes line up to mount the gas tank or rails matched up. I searched everywhere for adapter plates and found nothing. The rack had been mounted on my truck for a month and I was not going to ship everything back I ordered to mount and use. I ended up having to drill my own mounting holes. Guess I felt every one was standard as far as mounting hole for all accessories. I know beeter now.
