Joshua, we are saddened you felt the need to leave a one star review after all we have tried to do to help and assist you. You are correct we have helped thousands of clients, (15,000+ high ticket and 25,000 low ticket) at this point scale their businesses to new heights. (All 150 videos are there, we simply drip feed them so the client doesn't work on step 6 before step 1). The course and portal and what we teach does have facebook ads and copywriting content inside of it. Youtube ads are not something included in the normal course as we recommend people to dial in one platform first before trying to do another. Youtube is typically more expensive in every niche, hence why we recommend understanding facebook and instagram ads first. We would not have recommended starting here, but if you had asked we would have been happy to give you access to our youtube course alongside the mastermind program. The platform has over 150+ videos, we simply drip feed material to avoid clients feeling overwhelmed or getting shiny object syndrome and getting off task with the action items laid out by 1-1 coaches and what our experts instruct on. We are a us based company so operate on us based time zones (as the majority of our clients are us based as well) Our expert lives are all recorded in case people can’t attend live though as well. Your 1-1 coach even offered adjusting specific times to accommodate your schedule to meet. We recommend anyone to understand how to have fluid and connecting conversations with anyone, it's the reason we have been so successful in building an 8 figure business and other clients have been successful as well. When you expressed you didn’t want to do that, we voiced concerns of issues you would most likely run into, yet we still assisted you in customizing the approach and you were satisfied with it (See document attached for Proof. This is the same document submitted to the bank on our end once he charged back. If this didn’t work we wouldn’t have clients in the same space of taxes doing 7 figure run rates (once again see doc for proof of client who achieved 100k a month in business of verifiable funds. Their business name is called Champion Tax relief…) We offered multiple ways to try to accommodate you. First we adjusted and customized the plan which you were pleased with. With the adjusted plan you didn’t want to do that either. Once you charged back our team reached out and offered to get on a call but you mentioned you were too busy. In the agreement (see document attached) there is a clear no refund or cancellation policy attached, yet you felt the need to go against it instead of honoring your word like we simply had done since day one. Juan, we are saddened by your response here and the fact you didn’t have a good experience working with our team. With regards to the done for you service we provided a done for you lead generation specialist with the aspect of coaching included to get proper frameworks in place. Once you had your “done for you” specialist in place it would be much easier to hit the ground running and get the business moving forward. The reason the coaching was offered with the done for you messenger is simply cause of your statement above, “I mentioned I needed much more support than that because I don't have a background in marketing and had zero marketing done so, no leads at the time, and again mentioned I needed a "done for you service.”  So the Done for you service was offered for what you were wanting with a coaching aspect included. As far as your on-boarding call and your coach being rude, we strive for everyone to have a great experience. Being a coach sometimes you have to tell people things that they may not want to hear to help them understand that their goals are a bit of a reach. Not saying it’s impossible, anything is possible but the goal of doing 1 million in revenue in 4 months using your words of “no marketing background and zero marketing done” is a very hard almost impossible feat to be done. Your coach was simply trying to help you understand what more achievable goals might be given your background of “no marketing.” Attached is also a document with conversations had with your coach George who at every turn was only offering coaching, feedback and guidance. He even offered adjusting calls that at last minute you weren’t able to show up to. In regards to reaching out to someone other than your coach, that hadn’t occurred until over 8 weeks inside of the initial program. Up to that point as previously mentioned above there were no issues that were brought up until this point. Our Client Success Director Matthew then met with you, because we pride ourselves in hearing out clients if they are not having a good experience. There seems to be your side of the story that we will have to agree to disagree on this fact of Matthew stating the things you said.  Matthew said he would look into the matter and he did. We offered a solution to still try to assist even after all the difficulty you caused and it was rejected. Not sure what you are referring to for a dfy service of 100k as we don’t even offer something like that so there may have been something said that was misheard. We received a chargeback for Collaboration Flow - Consumer - Canceled Merchandise/Services. At this point the services were rendered in which we agreed we would give you, you had gone through 30% of our portal and we were still willing and able to place your done for you lead generation specialist. So of course we would submit proof back to the bank as we have a no refund/cancellation policy in our agreement in which you signed (proof in the doc). Once again we are saddened at this and that you didn’t have a good experience. We simply wouldn’t have a business if every person who was facing adversity in building their business came to us and asked for a refund, even after utilizing all of our resources given.  If we were only here to steal money we wouldn’t still be in business after 6 years.
