One of my speaker boxes came destroyed…
One of my speaker boxes came destroyed and speakers were just laying in the peanuts that came in the speaker boxes

Hi Jose, Can you please give us a call or send over an email? We’ve checked our records and don’t see any prior communication from you regarding this. We only ship brand new, sealed products. If a speaker arrived outside of the box, we would need to open a claim with UPS right away and get a replacement sent out to you. Please reach out so we can take care of this for you.

This was the worst experience I have…
This was the worst experience I have ever had with shopping online. This with retailer i ordered the Stetsom Bravo 8k.2 amplifier I received the amplifier within a month had to return it it went out i contacted them had it set up to return. When they got it back they then contacted me tell me that it could not be warranted saying that it was damaged when I sent it to them their was nothing wrong with the outside of the amp. I asked for pictures and sent them pictures as well they had to have dropped it because know I did not or it could have happened in transit. All in all I think they done something and didn't want to replace it know I'm out almost 800 on this. Elite auto gear is out hear scamming the people.

Dear Shawn, as stated on the email we sent you on April 13th with pictures. The amplifier came back to us with physical damage, we submitted the pictures to Stetsom to see if they could at least repair the amplifier, but they rejected it. Unfortunately when an item is physically damaged it does void warranty.

Elite service and elite product!
Really solid experience with Elite auto gear. Their customer service helped me pick the right setup without any pressure, which I appreciated a lot. Went with some Deaf Bonce speakers and they did not disappoint. These babies get loud but still have that perfect clarity. no harshness. just clean, powerful sound. Really happy with my purchase. Shipping was quick and everything came exactly as expected. Overall, super smooth process with elite anuto and the speakers are awesome. Will be coming back to them the next time I’m trying to upgrade my system

I ordered some speakers, but they arrived very incomplete. I urge Elite Car Audio: please improve in this regard.
