I would not recommend ordering from these people. Its been almost a month since I placed my order, they printed a shipping lable the day I ordered and everytime I ask customer service why they still have not sent my package out and they give me the same awnser thats its in pre transit but the post office still have not recieved my item. Now they are not answering my emails. I feel like I got screwed big time. Very disappointed!

I ordered 2 day shipping for a reason, not to have them send it out whenever they get to it. When i go to edit my order in my confirmation email the link says my order is not found. Not at all pleased with the shipping time after spending more money to have it shipped sooner.

They've been reliable and honest. A great vape site and I've used a few. The onlone and only issue I've had was out of their control, but they still took action immediately to correct it.

If there was an option for less than 1 Star I’d select that. I ordered something in February and I still have not received the email to redeem it. I did get the confirmation email. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and the answer I get is always the same. I would prefer a refund at this point but it also isn’t available. Work on that

This site is horrible. I ordered one Novo and you keep charging my account for six of them and I didn't authorize this.it makes me so upset and I am now over drawn in my bank account. So please don't order from this company.
