Terrible company with terrible customer service. Do not purchase from this company they have old expired juice they'll send you and when you tell them about the issue they'll respond up to a point. Then completely stop responding and will just take your money and run!

Wish I could have gave 0 stars. This company took my money and order knowing they could not ship product at the time and I didn’t find out this info until 4 days after my order when I contacted them! They didn’t notify ahead of time or after. Customer service seemed to care less

literally has been a month since i placed my order. They sent me a tracking email that hasnt changed since i placed the order. all the reviews on the site seem really fake too.

I dont know who is running this outfit, but their internal communications and customer relations are abysmal. I have been told for three months via endless weekly emails that they can’t facilitate my fortnightly subscription for Juul Pods due to lack of stock. Yet all my chosen pods appear for sale on their website. Instead of receiving the five percent discount for subscribing to a fortnightly delivery, I now either shop else where, or buy them on their site at full price. I have emailed every one of their ‘Customer Support’ categories for three months asking them to unsubscribe me and hence, to cease bombing my inbox with messages advising that they can’t fill my order, but no comprehension or response. It’s utterly baffling as to how they run their business, why they have opted out of facilitating my order and moreover, why they are so chaotic as to not acknowledge my endless requests via their customer service channels.

I placed a 77$ on Aug. 15. I bought extra to get the free Priority shipping. My initial delivery date was set for August 19. It didn't show. I emailed the shop to tell them on the 20th. They basically said take it up with the post office. That afternoon I filed a missing package report, and was given a case number, which I sent to them. It's now the 27th, still no package, I'm out $77, and I insisted that they either refund me or resend the order. "Arrive" traced the package to one (the first) stop, then nothing. It's been three correspondences I've heard back from them. I'll get this until Monday, (two weeks from the initial delivery date) and lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Please do not let this site rip you off. Their juices are fake. Who knows what they put in them but they made my wife and I sick. Then we got stuck with a subscription that they make very hard to end. They don’t ever answer the phone and barely respond to emails. They send you in a never ending circle of nothing when you need their help. Fake product, fake site, not worth it. Pay the extra money and get your juice from an authorized dealer.

I love this place, my go to for everything vape! Shipping is free and fast, good selection. Customer service responded within minutes. Only thing I would say to improve on is their phone lines get busy and is sometimes hard to call for immediate help.
