I enjoy this shop a lot dont get me wrong the juices are nice the pods dont leak thats good i recently ordered a vape mod kit from them so im excited for that but the shipping can be a little misleading i tried the 1-2 day shipping once and ordered a 2-5 days shipping with the juices to test it out the one for 1-2 days came later than the other one so i know not to spend extra on shipping sometimes its punctual sometimes not so much so hopefully my vape gets here on the correct date! Overall a pretty average experience

Free shipping and quality product. Shipping can be slower than expected. I am however disappointed in the prices which have changed several times in the last year. The loyalty/rewards program didn't exist when I started using this site 2 years ago but the prices were unbeatable. 120ml options just went up 1$ again to 27.95... when I first started using this site they were under 25$. I could understand the increase if I was getting something different, but it's the same product and packaging is free from USPS. Loyalty rewards program is virtually useless, rewards take too long to accumulate and what you receive by using them is a discount that you used to receive on every order. Might be time to shop around.

Good products and fast delivery. The only problem that I had was there was a shipping mistake and they took nearly a month to get it all straightened out and I fought over email and live chat and the phone services were always full. They did send me the product however.

My products are exactly what I ordered and a very fair price, however, I ordered my products when they were in stock, and I was told by customer service and I needed to wait for them to be restocked, even though I ordered them when they WERE in stock. On top of that, I ordered 3-5 day first class shipping and my order didn't arrive for 10 days.

The sending part is really slow.

Hope your pods don't show up not working! "Well sometimes that happens " was my response. That's a 2 day supply of not smoking cigarettes. A 10% discount? There are many sites less expensive.

Said 3-5 business days on shipping but it ended up taking 2 weeks. Emailed them and they said they were out of stock. Did not do anything to compensate for wait time. Said they would expedite shipping on monday. Package came on thursday. that is not expedited. Customer service needs work. Making your customers happy should be the most important thing.

I love the products and the prices are good, but when it takes 8 days to ship the order that's a problem for me. You have to wait too long to get your order because they take a week+ to even ship it!! Ridiculous!
