ElfsterReviews of elfster.com

I mean overall it seems to work. I really dislike how some of the themeing is. Like I get it it's for Christmas but geez give it a break. It's not that big of a deal. Really annoying that it's 'connected to amazon' but really only just a limited list of junky Amazon crap. I don't have enough interest in the holiday, the app, or myself to bother putting in enough effort to copy and paste links. I just wrote in some low effort crap on my list.

Fine if you're not in a hurry. Took 6 days from the time of order to get to the shipper. Now we get to wait 5 more days. Expect lots of sales emails after you order. Good concept but painfully slow and they use DHL shipping.

Was good to draw names secretly, however two people drew the same name and one person was left without a present!!!!! This is obviously ruined the whole point of secret santa! Wouldn't use again

Lame. I bought an item for an exchange, from Amazon, directly through Elster’s wishlist service. I purchased the gift well before our exchange date and selected it specifically from the items selected on my draw’s wishlist. Unfortunately, the item has still not shipped and will not be delivered in time for our event. I have kept up with the tracking and reached out to elfster’s customer support. They told me to deliver a cute little note to my draw (instead of a gift) stating that Santa would be running late this year. It’s lame. Lame lame lame.

ITS OK BUT IT KEEPS LOGGING ME OUT DUMB AAH APP

Used this service for Secret Santa organization. The event itself was fine, but their email management is atrocious. They make it very difficult to unsubscribe, resulting in lots of unwanted emails. The difficulty in opting out is a serious flaw and makes me hesitate to use the service again."

Elfster eliminated one of our names from the gift exchange without notifying me , the exchange administer. I emailed twice, called the company 4 times, was forced to leave a message each time. No one had emailed me back or returned my calls. I would not recommend this service to others. Very poor customer service. Nancy Dee, Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
