I was booked the price two times (gb/us) and accidentally the wrong address was put in - the website filled it out automatically - I noticed one minute after purchasing - and hab no option to change the order or cancel it! So now I paid 77€x2 for products that do not ship to my current address - instead of 77€ once to my living address! Please fix that! I messaged the customer service - and they responded within 1 day and were very helpful! So no critics here - that was great! The elf website is not what I am used to and I never had such a bad online shopping experience.

i just my order today- 2 items were missing. That is so tacky. I have no respect for companies that play around like this. Zero stars.

I think the elf big mood mascara has to be the worst mascara I have purchased. I opted for the waterproof, but it goes under my eyes, across my eyelid and doesn't look good at all. This is my personal experience, and it is a total waste of my money

Had a terrible experience with their customer service. I recently ordered a large order for their Black Friday sale but when the package arrived it had tape over a large tear and three of my products were missing. I contacted customer service but they were unwilling to replace the missing products and because one of the products was a promotion for spending a large amount and the two others were discounted with the sale the amount offered to refund was so nominal compared to what the price I’d have to pay to replace them was. I was so disappointed by this experience as I had been a huge fan and advocate of their products before. The rep I dealt with - Harumi was unable to assist me or put me in touch with their manager after multiple requests and instead ignored them. I wouldn’t put trust in this company or recommend them to others.

Ordering from e.l.f eu website to the Netherlands is a nightmare. I got an email that my order was out for delivery with DHL, it never came so I checked the status and it said returned to sender because the listed an incomplete address despite my address being correct on my order confirmation. I notified them and they did a reshipment, only to have the same address issue. I tried to intercept and requested to be delivered service point on DHLs website but it still got returned. Customer service showed me the confirmation address saying they have it right, which I am not denying because I also see it on my email but then something is wrong with their logistics if from their system to the actual parcel, half of the address gets erased! I have asked them to look into it and they keep saying give us an address for reshipment which doesn't address the issue because I can give a new address but it will be erased again... So I asked if they could reship to a DHL service point directly and they are asking me for the relay address. They won't confirm that it will be a pick up order and keep asking for the address. I spoke to DHL, they confirm that if the shop address is the direct one used on the parcel then the parcel technically is the shop owners and not mine. Such a waste of time! I'm ready to take a refund and never buy from their website again.

Do not buy off the ELF AU website! Short shipped me - they didn't send me 3/4 of my order & took weeks to reply and still didn't send out the missing products - they ended up ghosting! Do not buy ELF directly from their website!! If you do - I strongly suggest using Afterpay so you can request a refund through them. As there is no way you will be able to get in contact with ELF themselves. They lied saying my missing items were being dispatched and still never received them months later!

Ordered 10 days ago. Order still not shipped out. No updates. Worst customer service ever. I have ordered from no less than a dozen other sites this holiday season and not one single company has taken this long to ship.

ELF charged me 71.60 including tax and shipping. Then they said they did not have product to fill the order and “refunded” me. What did they refund? The $60 price of the item without the tax and shipping charges. Where is the rest of my refund? No one replies to customer service emails. No one answers on Messenger. There is no phone number to call in Canada. The chat function on the website does not work. How are problems ever addressed?
