Really don't get the bad reviews! Really gorgeous products, very affordable and shipping has been fine! Takes a while (approx 1.5 - 2 weeks) but I receive everything I order!

Great quality products, with good ingredients at affordable prices! Love the e.l.f. Holy Hydration! Face Cream - Spf 30 and the e.l.f. Holy Hydration! Eye Cream. I also purchased e.l.f. Bite-size Lip Balm - Berry and eyliner pen and I have to say all are amazing!

I don’t normally write reviews however, I truly love E.L.F products. The quality is amazing! The packaging is beautiful not only that, they do free deliveries if you are a member regardless of how much you spend. They also do 20% off for students which I find amazing! You get free gifts when you spend over £25 and can unlock free gifts with points. The customer service is amazing too, one of my items came slightly broken, I contacted E.L.F and they gave me a new one for free it came very quickly too! I’ve bought from many makeup brands but I continuously purchase from elf.

After seeing the negative reviews, i was a bit scared of ordering. However, i thought i should take the risk. The orders take longer to arrive, mine did 1 week but the website shows transparency and informs customers on the delay. This has been the first time i have ordered from the company and my items arrived in excellent package and non damaged. The items are very well packed and they are a good value for money. I have been an E.L.F customer for over a year now and have ordered a number of times. Each order has been great. There were some delays during lockdown but I wasn't too concerned about this. All of the products I have ordered are great. The eyeshadow bite size palettes are brilliant. The colours are so pigmented so a little goes a long way. My only query was last month when I tried to claim my birthday gift. I couldn't get it to work online so I contacted customer services who emailed me back with a possible solution. When this didn't work, (probably me doing something wrong!) I emailed them back and they sent me my free gift straight away. My whole order arrived the next day. I love the products as they don't affect my sensitive skin and they are such great value. I won't go anywhere else for my make up now.
