I’m with the folks that the customer service is terrible, when trying to follow up an order. My order has been placed, and has been sitting there for a week, ‘processing’ in a warehouse somewhere. Despite attempts to contact customer service, no one has responded. Don’t order online from them.

Bought my daughter an electronic gift card, went to use it and it was loaded, then before the order was completed there was a zero balance. Emailed customer service and was told they don't see any orders on the card, then I called and the woman was clearly working remote and all sleeping after 8 rings groggily answered and annoyed, took my number down and said she's call me later!! This was a week ago. I'm out money, my daughter didn't get her order and this company clearly doesn't care about their customers or what the employees do while on the clock.

I had the pleasure to speak with a manager called Barbra, and let me tell you, the attitude and the amount of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. That was my first time dealing with ignorant staff, Barbra sweetie customer service ain’t for you😘

I wrote to them multiple times on Instagram, in e-mail…no answer in more than 2 weeks. That is not how to treat a costumer. I have a problem with adding my redeemed product to the cart. I have a 20% discount that is a welcome discount because I became a pro member. Then I have a putty blush, a lip balm and a retinoid mini size serum. In the past I used to go to the cart and on top of it I could add to it the products that I redeemed but now I don’t see that anymore and don’t know how to do it.

e.l.f. Cosmetics has not been responsive to our calls, and neither they nor their wholesale team have replied to our emails. This reflects very poor customer service.

I was once a longtime customer, but I am beyond DONE with this company. I have been trying for now almost FOUR DAYS to place an order for 12 items through their app and online, I've spoken to two customer service reps, asked to speak to a manager and only got her voicemail - TWICE. There is a glitch in their ordering on their website and the app that keeps throwing up error messages. The one rep I spoke to that said she had fixed the order and that I should try to send the order after thirty minuets, and to call her back if it didn't work. I did, and she wasn't available. I (now used to) order from ELF because they make reliable dupes for expensive brands, but I guess it's true you get what you pay for. If they don't want to take my money, I'll gladly spend it elswhere.

I ordered $150 worth of products 15 days ago. My order still hasn’t shipped I sent an email and got no response. I sent another email and was told they were having email trouble and due to a sale they were busy and would ship my order. 5 days pass and no shipping so I email again and no response. What a scam. The worst customer service experience and I will be lodging a refund request via my payment method.

I recently bought the ELF flawless satin foundation and had a severe allergic reaction to it. Itchy red scaley skin and puffiness under both eye sockets. I’ve contacted the company as I’m trying to work out what I’m allergic to so I can avoid it in future. Obviously I’d like a refund too.
