If you are in a rush to get these products, DO NOT ORDER I ordered 10 days ago, still not shipped. What kind of service are you operating ? I will never order anything from you again and also pass the word around. Not reliable, I want my money back bit will probably be waiting as long. I see lots of negative reviews wish I had seen before I ordered

I had an issue with delivery on behalf of the postal service. The address didn’t have my unit number and I contacted e.l.f. Customer service. If I could give them more stars I would. They are sending out a new shipment since the first one was being returned to sender. They were super courteous and efficient.

Oof, I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I started using ELF cosmetics in the US and was happy to see they're available in the UK too after I moved here. The prices are great, the reward points add up fast, and I love everything I've ever bought from them. I've never had any issues with delivery or customer service.

Love elf cosmetics! There’s not one item that I have purchased that I haven’t loved yet! Their 16hr concealer is by far the best coverage and longest lasting concealer I have ever experienced. Halo glow is just stunning with that dewy look. I will recommend and never stop buying!

It's only fair I change from 1* to now 5* absolutely fantastic emailed back and resolved my issue thank you so much my daughter is obsessed with ELF!! 5* Normally never any problems with elf but unfortunately I ordered 3 items and 2 was missing so contacted them via email, tbh I did get a quick response back, they asked if I wanted a refund of my 2 missing items or the 2 sending out again, as me and my daughter love elf I just said please replace the missing items now all communications have stopped. So 1* If I get my things or a email in what they are going to do I'll change it to 5* because this is the first problem I've had and Normally pretty good.

Really nice make up, items arrived within 7 days and nicely packaged. Will definitely order again.

I've never been great with make up, foundation specifically, I can rarely get a foundation that feels light enough and wearable. I bought some E.l.f Flawless Satin foundation and I'm quite Impressed. Not only is it Vegan and Cruelty free (as are all their products) but the coverage is great! I was keen to try it on and didn't put on a primer but it still went on nice and the colour (Alabaster) is great! Well done E.l.f for impressing a tricky foundation buyer!

I love shopping at elf whenever they have 30-40% sales & big clearance sales. I always buy from the website whenever there is a clearance sale which they don't have too often but it's good for me because I don't shop on elf all the time in general. But I have never had an issue with orders from the past, never received something expired, used or busted. Even when I needed help to do an address change they were quick to help me with my problem & changed it right away. I love their makeup & makeup accessories. The two things I don't care for is their skincare line, it never worked out for my skin especially the holy hydration & the second thing is their collaborations with unknown people. It's just the same thing but different packaging with their autographs that you're basically paying for. That's the only things I don't care for, not saying it's bad but I'm not bothered in purchasing them. I do own their chemical peel, the only skincare item I do own that is worth buying, works well & is super gentle on my skin especially since I have sensitive dry skin. Other than that, never had an issue with delivery, with my items, super affordable, good makeup & have had my stuff shipped in a reasonable time.
