Horrible customer service. PayPal grabbed an old address and I contacted them immediately after. They responded with. Sorry once ordere are submitted they are sent to shipping department so we can't change anything. Seems like they should have access to cancel or edit. Makes no sense. So now I just lost my money since I can't get the products I ordered. Their support is very very bad. Don't recommend buying from them.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order to be sent an empty package with just a returns label and a list of what should have been in the package. I’ve made complaint after complaint via email and all the response I’ve had is that they are apologise and will resend the items. I still haven’t had an email to say the items have been resent. The service is absolutely shocking. I’m so disappointed as I’ve never had troubles ordering with them before. So currently they have nearly £40 of my money and nothing has been sent.

Impossible to change the location on the website, I've tried multiple times for weeks and talking to the costumer service hasn’t changed a thing. I'm very disappointed, as I was looking forward to place my next order.

ELF products were very good products at a reasonable price..very affordable...I am in Target and attempt to buy some foundation with SPF..and the pricetag was $28 so now their prices are up there with everyone else..‼️‼️

No customer service to talk to, parcel shipped 10days ago, still hasn’t arrived. Emailed them, no response, not even acknowledged they received my email.

Placed my order May 13 2024. Still waiting. No response to emails. No other contact available. Tracking shows shipped. Royal Mail, shows waiting for item. Been very happy with e.l.f. products and delivery up till now, a loyal customer. But appalling customer service is not acceptable. Unlikely to order again.
