This is a fantastic service from E.L.F. Cosmetics. I placed my order on 7/09/2024. This was last Saturday. I did not expect anything to move until Monday, but I received an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation that my order was shipped on the same day. After reading some negative reviews (after I placed my order), I was a little bit nervous and emailed customer service regarding the order status. The email team replied within one day and advised me to wait a few days for the status to change. The order status was updated on 10/09/2024, advising me that that the order was in transit. I then received a delivery confirmation from An Post, our local Irish courier, that my order was out for delivery today. I received it this morning. Everything was perfect. The items were packaged very well in a padded bag. The shades were correct. I am very happy with the service and will certainly order again. Thank you E.L.F!

The elf power grip is so sticky my makeup stays on all day

Recently purchased the holy hydration make up melting cleansing balm and if you think their make up products are good their skin care is better. Majority face washes/ cleansing balms flare up my eczema on my eyes this does not!!! Especially considering it has a scent but it’s a really nice smell. 10/10 love

I have ordered from this company for several years now. I am very happy with their foundation, powders, makeup brushes, and skin care items. They are cruelty free which is a plus for me! I appreciate that this is a transparent company. They keep their prices very competitive, so you don't break the bank but still get high quality cosmetics that performs great. This is one of the best cosmetic brands out there. I first found out about E.L.F. from a silent auction where I worked a few years ago. I bidded and won an E.L.F. starter makeup set, and was impressed and hooked on their products ever since. I am also happy to find they have their products in Walmart, Target, and Amazon. When ordering directly from their company, they ship out quickly. I have never had any problems ordering directly from E.L.F. This is a great company that caters to everyone! I will continue to purchase and use their products.

I had purchased two bottles of ELF foundation. Once I got them home, neither of them worked! I emailed ELF, and not only got an email response but a phone calas well. 5 daysllatet, I got my 2 new bottles of foundation! Thank you ELF for the amazing customer service & the foundation!!

I am really shocked by the bad reviews. I'm pretty new to elf but, so far everything has been great!! Love the putty primer, halo glow is amazing! Concealers, the shade match is perfect for my pale skin. The blush and eyeshadows are incredibly pigmented, and the prices are really reasonable. As for shipping, it clearly states on their website that it takes 5-7 working days (UK) so I'm slightly confused why people are on here complaining that it's taken 10 days for their orders to arrive. Also, tracking has always been available with my orders. I've had one issue, I ordered 2 different Concealers but was sent 2 of the same one. CS responded to my query within a couple of hours. They have told me to keep the extra Concealer, and will send me out the one that was missing. To me that is great Customer Service! I don't know, maybe it's a geographical thing when it comes to the bad service others are allegedly experiencing. For me (UK) I love elf :)

So i ordered 4 products at the start of december. The shipping was about 3 weeks and when the package arrived one item was missing. Then i tried to contact the customer service. I wrote them an email. Later i found out that they have very bad reviews about their customer service and other whole stuff. That they had the same problem like me (missing items and that the customer service hadn’t answer them). So i thought it was game over for me. That they will never answer me back and i will never get my product. So i accepted my fate. But luckily they did answer. 3 hours later they told me they would send me the missing item and they did it :D. So try your best and contact them via email. (Send them also a picture from the items you bought and also what item is missing and dont forget your order number as well) Btw i am from germany
