Trust me when I say it’s best to buy their products in store or any other website EXCEPT theirs. I’ve seen that a lot of other people have had the same problem in that they’re very bad with shipping info! A week passed and I received NO updates until I emailed them, which I did because I read another view saying they did the same, and that is when my order finally got shipped the next day. It was like I had to give them a reminder. Save your coin and the stress and buy their products from elsewhere because they’re good products but terrible communication.

I ordered nearly £30 worth of make up a week ago ( 30th August) and I havnt even had an email saying it’s been dispatched or delayed. Sat here wondering if I’ll ever be told when my order is coming or if it will ever come

I was trying to buy like $35 worth of products and it wouldn’t give me any options for shipping methods no matter how many times I changed my browser and device. Like why wouldn’t you want me to buy $35 worth of stuff??? And then I called customer service *twice* and the first woman tried to be helpful but the second one HUNG UP ON ME because I was nervous to give her the password to my account and she was mad that I didn’t trust her. What??? Never buying from here again.

Ordered a couple of items 100$+ just to be told it couldn’t be processed due to some random technical issues and then be told that I’ll be refunded in 3-5 days like girl what? I was told my order was already processed and everything this was also my first time TRYING to order elf products just confusion and frustration throughout the whole process

I ordered this product in 3 shades, 2 for myself and one for a friend. The first package arrived and the label on the box stated it had 4 units of product in it (I had also ordered eye masks). I opened the box and there was one concealer and one package of eye masks. I reached out to the company and they said they would resend the two missing items. After a couple of weeks my package arrived. The label on the front stated there were 2 units in the box. I opened this box and IT WAS EMPTY. I reached out to the company again and they refused to resend the items stating they can only resend orders once.... but I never got my order. Who sends an empty box? Makes me question the quality control.

I had placed an order online which cost £25.07. I had received my confirmation email no so long after. After about a week of no contact about my order and when it would be dispatched, I emailed them. I was told it would be another 2 to 5 business days before it would be dispatched. Another week went by and still, no contact regards to my order. I yet again emailed them and was told the same thing 2 to 5 business days. It has now been 4 weeks since I placed my order. I have emailed again explaining the situation and have attached my email correspondence with them. I am still yet to receive a reply from them. Overall I think that after reading some of the reviews on here that they have a real problem with regards to shipping and should really look into this. £25.07 may not be a lot to me personally but it may be a lot to some young person who is just starting out on make-up. I really hope they sort out there shipping problems because 4 weeks and counting is a very long time to be waiting!
