DO NOT buy anything from them. I have been patiently waiting for my order for 5 weeks. I finally contacted them via e-mail and they let me know my order has been cancelled. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? My credit card was already charged and I spent hours deciding what to buy before finally placing an order (for the first time). The items are literally for sale on their website as we speak so how can you not just fill my order? Your sale was a SCAM. Where is the customer service here? Just trust me and do not order from them. Give your business to a company who deserves it.

So I purchased the E.l.f cosmetics eyelash curler from Target the other day and it literally cut my fricken lashes off!!!!! I have a huge gap in my lashes and all I want to do is ball my eyes out!!!! How do you sell a product that is so fricken sharp it cuts your lashes off?!?!? Like AAAAHHHHH … lashes are like every woman’s security blanket!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 I’m devastated!!! I feel like I sound so Superficial, but it’s my FRICKEN lashes!!!!!

Its more like a powder very dry was expecting moisture and it emphasized wrinkles. Tube wasnt very full either. Awful stuff not for me waste of money. I tried mixing it into moisturiser but didnt work. Save your money better to just use sun tan cream .I bought Elf camo cc cream camouflage full cover natural finish spf 30 ebay. 9.99

Worst customer service its been one month I ordered stuff and still I don't receive. Its don't even worth one star. I will not order anything from them again.

i placed an order last MONTH and it still hasn’t come in even though it says it has been shipped and delivered. i contacted them and they hung up before i could even talk.

Love the products but the time you have to wait for them is ridiculous! Not sure I will use them again for that reason !

I ordered the Expert Liquid Liner in August of 2020 as a back up of the one I was using. Not realizing that it lasted so long, when I finally opened the one from August 2020.. it was still in the original package.. it was dry. I was highly disappointed. I called customer service and they said they cannot replace it as it was over the certain amount of time. Not happy about that response.

2 weeks since I ordered and still nothing. My package was dispatched but nowhere to be found. What happened with elf? I used to order loads in high school and it would arrive quickly. I moved from east europe to west europe and I was thinking here it will definitely arrive even quicker. What a joke. Disgusting customer service also. Never ordering again. Praying that this order will arrive. It’s my bday in a few days, thanks elf for the lovely bday present NOT. Maybe I’ll get it my next birthday in 2022.
