Daughter bought item dec 31st, no dispatch as of yet and now they have taken second payment from her bank, will be doing a charge bk via debit card as looking at these reviews looks like a regular occurrence , shame on you!!

I ordered £28.10 worth of makeup on the 30th of December and they charged me twice! Once in December and once in January 5th! You charged me twice Elf. I also tried reaching out via customer service, no response. I tried DMS, emailing, tweeting, EVERYTHING! It says you charged me for £28.10 twice and it’s pending. So does this mean you are going to take the money twice? This is very upsetting as I am not getting an answer and my money is being taken from me when I didn’t buy this again. I have seen the Instagram comment section and many other people are having the same problem and you aren’t responding to their DMs. I will never shop at elf again and I am telling all my family members that I recommend elf to about this.

They do not answer the phone and resolve nothing through email. Hire people that will ACTUALLY do their job and do it right if you want to be successful.

If I could give this a minus 5 I would. Ordered items for Christmas on black Friday weekend and still awaiting delivery. Will go out now and buy different products and if delivery shows up I shall be returning it. DO NOT BUY ONLINE from this company.

Made an order on the BF sale on 25.11.2022 and still waiting for my order. I ordered to DK... when I was ordering the estimated delivery showed that the order would come on 12.12. the latest, so I thought everything should go smoothly because on 16.12 I am going home for holidays and will not be back for a very long time. The order was shipped within a day but is stuck on "shipped" and nothing changes. Contacted the support team, but have received no help, just useless apologies. Don't know how I will get my order now...:(

I ORDERED SOMETING 10 DAYS AGO AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. YOU GUYS SHOULD GIVE A SHIPPING ESTIMATE WHEN ORDERING IF YOU KNOW THERE IS A DELAY. LIKE WHAT THE HELL?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. NOT EVEN INTERESTED ANYMORE.

Absolutely appalling Parcel never received They have ignored multiple contacts via their website contact us and Twitter Do not waste your money

I love the products, the customer service is next level awful! A package I had ordered was never delivered. I reached out to customer service, they asked me to confirm my shipping address and said they would send me a "one time replacement order" They followed up their OWN email immediately with "for help with this order reach out to our international customer service" The company as well as myself are both in the United States, but ok. (??) I reached out to the email provided, confirmed my address AGAIN, sent screen shots of the shipping/tracking of the lost package. They followed up their own email with "please reach out to customer service" I was directed BACK to original team. I, once again (3rd time) confirmed my address - was sent an email confirmation my item is on the way --only it was my name, phone number but a completely wrong address! Wrong in every way. Someone in Iowa now has my full name and my cell phone number from the packaging. After this disaster -- I never received any products. I finally got a refund through opening a paypal trouble ticket. I have been ordering from this company monthly for about 3 years straight. Only one other time I had a problem was in 2020 (was sent just an empty shipping box!) they corrected that promptly. I am traumatized and will not be buying this stuff anymore.
