I did not receive items order.
I did not receive the items that I order. They were never in stock, because the company never offer the color of hair. I was offer an additional with free of shipping, I declined the offer. I was sent the wig anyway and was charged for shipping. I would like a complete refund for all items including my shipping charge. I believe that the advertisement is intentional misleading in order for an individual to even look at the product. Items that the customer order would be refunded while an unwanted item is shipped to be charge for shipping.
