I am very upset with my oder from…
I am very upset with my oder from elevate styles. I ordered 3 wigs and one wig cap. I then was granted a free wig cap because my order came to a certain price. When I got my package though, NONE of the wig caps were in the box... NOT the free gift one, or the one I actually paid for. TO make matters worse, they sent me the the wring colors for two of the 3 wigs I ordered. I immediately called and the woman on the phone said that I would need to send the wigs back and they would refund me the money and I would have to just reorder the wigs again. I get that doing an even exchange in this case would be difficult so I am more than happy to send the wigs back and order the same hair again. BUT what I do not appreciate is the fact that I have to pay for the wigs to be sent back on top of a 20 percent restocking fee when I WAS NOT THE ONE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE. TO me this is very bad customer service. YOU are the one who made the mistake, yet I am the one who has to pay for it... literally and figuratively speaking. I will NEVER order from this company again and I will be sure to let my friends who are interested in wigs know that this was not a great experience at all.
