Are the Sales and Clearance Prices on (Returned or Bad Wigs) ?

I gave 2 stars, because I appreciate the Discounts this co. gives. Everything else, I wasn't happy about. I wasn't happy that these cute wigs came bad, as I could have made these myself. The wigs hardly had no curls, curl pattern or definition to them and will have to be redone. I got these wigs at a discount/sales price. I'm not sure if these wigs were returned items or the leftover (sales or clearance) items. I've noticed with some co. When I've purchased wigs at (full price), they come fully curled and defined, that's why I say this. The shipping wasn't the best also, not after 7 days. I tried reaching out, but cannot find a response from them. Once I did get a response, all they concentrated on was their return policy. Which usually isn't any good from these co. As they want a restocking fee and you to pay to return it. To be fair, most of the wig co. have the same practice as this co., Wig types, ebonyline, etc... But I do appreciate the discounts, just not on bad or on appearing to be returned wigs...
