Mary R.
I did not receive what I ordered and the shipment took too long!
Response from Elevate StylesSep 10, 2026
Hi Mary, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. We reviewed your order and confirmed that you purchased the Outre Perfect Hairline OnVybes 13"x6" Lace Front Wig OnVybe 13 in Color 1, and that is the exact item and color that was shipped. Your order shipped on August 27 and USPS confirms delivery on September 1 at 5:21 PM. The product page also provides the estimated processing and delivery timeframe before checkout. If Color 1 was selected accidentally at checkout or simply isn’t the color you wanted, please let us know which color you would prefer and we’ll be happy to go over the available options. If you believe you received an item different from what appears on your order confirmation, please send us a photo of the wig, packaging, and item label so we can review it.
