This company sent me a wig that smelled…
This company sent me a wig that smelled awful. When I received it and opened the box I could smell it. I called and explained I'd just received it and it smelled. I was told to send back I as kik ed if they paid for return shipping I was told no. I said it must be a manufacturers defect and I was not going to pay for restocking fee. The rep said no you will get full refund and I got 15.97 for a 29.99 wig... will never buy from them again

Hello Sharyn, Sorry, you are not satisfied with our return policy. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The price of the unit purchased was $19.59 and with the restocking fee assessed to that, we came to the $15.97. Please email [email protected] to discuss further. Thank you!

Delivery safe fast however the quality…
Delivery safe fast however the quality and style of the unit were not impressive. I will not be able to wear this unit. Without being able to be refunded it is a total loss for me.

Good experience!
Good experience! I was able enter my information and have the option to sign up as a new member. My package had a tracking number by the next day and was delivered by the time stated. Only minor drawback was that I was emailed telling me my package arrived about 5 hours later even though it came already.
