I was very pleased with the fast delivery, especially since I live all the way in Hawaii. The packaging was nice and as I was opening it, it was very exciting but then I could tell right away the color wasn't quite what I envisioned. When I ordered the wig I thought I was choosing an Ombre style color but this particular unit, the dark color was ultimately over powering the highlights. There were very few and too subtle highlights. That's the only thing that bummed me out but the whole entire product over all is very beautiful and I'm sure I can fix the color on my own.
