Hello Dina, This was our original message to you the day after you ordered since were out of stock on this closeout item. only 6 in stock of this item instead of the 7 that you ordered each at $3.99 We do apologize for the inconvenience, but item ZURY Synthetic Crochet Braid SENEGALESE TWIST 14" - Colors : SOM1B/BLUE – 1 Pack is currently out of stock. Would you be open to 1 Pack of Zury Twist Big 14” in the same color? Or if you would like we can switch all 7 packs to Zury Senegalese Twist Big 14”? You indicated that you were ok with just the six packs which we would have gladly processed but then requested a refunded instead. Was curious why you asked if were a black owned business however. Not sure how race was a factor in your decision making? Sorry we couldn't assist you better. Thanks for your input.
