Fast shipping
Fast shipping! I placed my order on 11/16/18 and it arrived in my mailbox 11/18/18. I was very pleased with that. I will definitely be ordering from Elevate Styles again.

The wig was very thin barely any tracks…
The wig was very thin barely any tracks in it. I could’nt even wear it bc it was that bad so I will definitely be sending the wig back.

I’m very unhappy with this company
I’m very unhappy with this company. I have ordered from many company’s and they were very unprofessional with me because of there system error. I ordered hair then after paying they contacted me with the next day saying they do not have in stock. She asked about a discount she offered me a 3 % discount which was $1 off. She was very rude and I would not tolerate this as a customer. I never asked for a refund and she cancelled my order and refunded without my knowledge. I will he contacting manager also this has to stop. When I spend my money I want good customer service . I stayed professional with this person the entire time but did not get the same from her.

Sorry we did not have your item in stock. We understand that you ordered the FAB in 1B and the Color 1 and 2 were not acceptable as alternates. We were able to offer you a further 5% Off or wait till the 29th for shipping. We really try hard to keep our inventory numbers straight but sometimes it is off and we have other options or we can call the manufacturer direct and do a special order just for you. Again sorry we couldn't agree to the alternate for a further discount or Express Shipping.

I love the wig
I love the wig, no one can ever think that it’s not human. It’s so soft and long. Not what I was expecting at all. It was worth it but, Small wig space and delivery was expensive 😫
