Your package was picked up on Monday and usually to BROOKLYN should only take a day or two so it does appear it did take a bit longer than normal. The 5th is their usual target time. In regard to the cardboard being removed. In our pursuit for cheaper shipping for all we do offer a cheaper shipping option called ECO shipping. This is where the cardboard is carefully removed and shipped with tags, netting in their original plastic cover unworn. If you prefer to have it shipped normally please use our standard flat rate shipping we've offered for many years. We understand ECO shipping is not for everyone.
