Received wig in a large ziplock bag
Received wig in a large ziplock bag, wig appeared to be in used condition, call the company left a voice mail until this day no one bothered to return my call. Who does that? Will not order from this company again. If you don't care about me spending my money with your company, I don't care to do business with you.

You chose ECO SHIPPING at checkout where we remove the boxes and ship it with the cheaper shipping cause it reduces weight. In the future please choose the regular shipping where it ships with all packaging.

Disappointing
Item arrived before the expected 7 days (used standard delivery) but had to pay an additional £11.96 before my purchase could be released to me due to customs and handling fees. I believe that as a business you need to be completely transparent with the total cost an item is going to be or at least make a note that customers to foreign countries are expected to pay additional fees. So despite this wig being on sale, I ended up paying the full price when I add everything up.
