I was looking for a particular wig for a special event that was not in stock at my usual online beauty supply store and sold out everywhere else. I was elated to find Elevate Styles had it in stock! I also found several other items while looking through their vast selection. I placed my order and emailed the next day to find out when my items would ship. I received an immediate response and to my surprise my package had already shipped. Great customer service, fast delivery and a huge selection. Perfect!!

Return policy sucks and so does the hair I got.
I emailed to return the unit I ordered. They don’t work weekends so there’s that. This website isn’t hard to navigate. I give 1 star because the hair I received was very choppy cut in the back to the point you look crazy if you wear it. The sizing options are not available for you to choose from, so they send whatever size they want. The cap I received is soooooooo small. Waaay too small. The return policy is a joke. I ordered a unit for 45 dollars. 55 with taxes and shipping. To return, I would have to put shipping again and I wouldn’t receive any money back from either shipping. Then they keep 20% for restocking fees.... So I would get back basically 15 dollars. DONT BUY THROUGH THIS WEBSITE unless you’re sure of what you’re getting because you have ordered it before.

It is one of the hottest selling collections designed by Sensationnel. Our return policy is comparable to most of the online wig stores. Although a bit draconian compared to AMAZON. To be clear we do charge at 20% restocking fee and we do not provide return shipping. Thank you for trying the unit and providing feedback.

I was impressed with how quickly I received my order. It took less than a week and it was exactly what I ordered and it was excellent quality. I will definitely order from here again. They have a great selection and I have trouble finding no.33 auburn and this company had it and in more than 1 style. I was very pleased with their product.

I’m a first time purchaser with Elevate. I did not have to get in contact with their customer service. My beautiful, gorgeous, nicely pluck Adana wig arrived within time. I believe within 10 days. I am super pleased with her. I definitely want to order another one promptly.
