Butta Lace Pre-Pluck Wig UNIT 16 - She’s Nice , the parting space is not bad at all and the lace blended beautifully with my forehead however the : 1B Off Black is SOOOO BLACK I wanted an off Black but it’s really Black. I am giving this company a 5 star for the delivery time of 3 days thou !

Love this COMPANY!!!!
I’ve been purchasing wigs from Elevate Styles for awhile now but never wrote a review. I’ve always had great experiences using this company but recently my experience went from great to excellent. I purchased a wig and it wasn’t going to arrive in time for my vacation to Aruba. I then decided to cancel my order so I reached out to customer service. They asked if there was anything they could do and I told them my dilemma of going on vacation and having no one to receive my package (living in an apartment building problems am I right??!!). They were able to delay the shipment of my wig until I returned from my vacation. The whole process was super easy and simple. Their customer service is top notch. The best experience ever! I love this company and won’t shop anywhere else. They really care about their customers!

Sadly everything i ordered was out of stock. Stop teasing people. Update the website daily and remove out of stock items. You guys are not as bad as glamourtress.com.

Shaking My Head
The product arrived when promised but wasn't the color indicated. I chose a TT Burgundy and wig is BRIGHT RED. I usually like what I get from Elevate, but this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. 😔
