Another Winner!!!.... I really like this hair, it gives you those summer vibes, beach waves...and overall beautiful girl feeling, the color is nice for the summer and even fall really, it's all about what you feel comfortable wearing....it does not shed as much as I thought it would, with all the curls...I did cut and shape the unit to my liking, so maybe that helped...It's very curly/wavy...so if that's not your thing..please be advised.....I do recommend it, if you want to get that Beyoncé, glam feeling...lol..Elevates also ships really fast, I got mine two days earlier than expected...

I ordered from them 3 times this month…
I ordered from them 3 times this month and only 2 of my packages arrived to the right address, I contacted customer service for help and with evidence that proved the order "Lost" was delivered to a wrong address and not the one it was supposed to. I asked them for a refund or my package and they didn't reply I sent them many e-mails and they only replied when they wanted to, like I don't deserve respect or anything. And when they did, they only told me to contact USPS over and over, if it's your mistake you should do it not me.

Love my Wigs
I love my Wigs. I bought 3 in one month. One of them was not what I wanted. I had to pay for shipping. I'm ok with that. Wrong color. I do not want a refund, I would like a different color. I have not heard from you yet. I'm thinking you haven't received the wig yet. I sent it back immediately. So I'm hoping I can get a different color. I love your wigs and I will not go to a beauty supply store. Ever again.

Broken pump
I appreciate the quick turnover from when I placed my order to delivery. However, when the lotion arrived, the pump was broken. I taped it on but the lotion leaks out. It’s difficult to use. I sent an email through the website but I have not received a response. I paid a lot for shipping and it came broken. This is disappointing.
