I like my wigs and they were very soft…
I like my wigs and they were very soft but one of my wigs looked completely different than it did on the package. Overall, I loved the wigs and I would buy again.

Package left on porch instead of mailbox or locker for packages
Package was sent USPS and placed on porch instead of my mailbox or a locker for packages, subjected my package to theft.

I was shocked by how fast I received my package! I ordered it on Monday and received it Friday. I love the wig I got, the quality is great. I think this is a very reliable online store and I will likely be ordering from them in the future.

The site stated that the item I was…
The site stated that the item I was ordering was in stock. After 3 days of the order processing, I emailed requesting shipping details to which they responded that there were none yet and it was still processing despite them running my card. I responded informing them that 2 business days had already passed, 3 days in total, and they apparently confirmed and informed me that they didn't have the product at all in stock. They did refund me after asking whether that is what I'd like versus waiting for it to come back in stock at some point. My complaint is the inaccurate status of stock.

Hello Jasmine, We did not have in stock the Janet Collection Pre-Stretched 6X EZ TEX 56" Braiding Hair - Colors : 33 Dark Auburn and so we had to refund you. We really hate when that happens. Thanks for weighing in as it makes us better.
