Hi Tina, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that the Bobbi Boss Bomba Faux Locs Soul Curly Tips 20" (Color 99J) didn't meet your expectations regarding texture and thickness. We always want our customers to love their look! While our policy prevents us from processing a return or refund for items that have been discarded, we sincerely appreciate you letting us know about your experience. Your feedback helps us improve our product descriptions and recommendations. We’re sorry this style wasn't a good fit, and we wish you the best with your new hair!

Hi Jamie, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion regarding your refund. The Outre Wig Pop Synthetic Full Wig Jai (Color 44) was unfortunately out of stock, so we canceled that item and processed a refund for it right away. The rest of your order has already shipped. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account. We want to make sure this is resolved for you immediately—please check your inbox (and spam folder) for your refund confirmation email, or contact us directly at [email protected] so we can share the transaction reference details with you. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Barbara, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the confusion. According to your order, the color selected was **1B/30**, so that is the color your order was processed for. However, if you believe you received a different color than what was ordered, we'd be happy to investigate. Please email us at **[email protected]** with a photo of the wig you received, including the color label if possible. Once we verify the issue, we'll ship the correct item right away and include a prepaid return label for the incorrect one. We appreciate your business and look forward to resolving this for you.

Hi Leasier, We always appreciate customer feedback, but we do need to clarify the facts regarding your order (Reference #496400) to clear up any confusion. You stated in your review that you put in the "right color," but your official order receipt shows that you explicitly selected and purchased the Shake N Go Legacy Human Blended Wig Chicago in the color TGREY (T-Grey/Gray). Our team worked efficiently to fulfill your exact selection. You ordered on July 7th, we shipped it out the very next day on July 8th, and USPS tracking confirms it was delivered to your porch in Pearland, TX on July 11th—just three business days later. We successfully, accurately, and rapidly shipped the exact gray wig that you added to your cart and paid for. Because we fulfilled your order perfectly, this 1-star review is incredibly unfair to our hard-working shipping team. If you made a mistake at checkout and actually wanted a different color, we are still happy to help you fix your error. Please review our return policy and reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] so we can assist you with a standard return.
