Hidden tacked on fees, ignored by customer service
I had a mysterious $9 charge on my last order. Never had that that problem before, so I sent an email immediately after my purchase to ask about removing it. I never heard back from them, so that will probably be my last purchase from Elevate Styles. Too many other wig companies out there to have to put up with extra fees and being ignored by customer service. The wigs themselves were great and the shipping was fast. Not enough to overcome the bad taste in my mouth about the tacked on charge, however.

I would definitely recommend
I would definitely recommend! Shipping was great! Came in two days to Toronto and in good condition. The website is easy to navigate and they had the wig I needed that was out of stock everywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised!!
I was pleasantly surprised after seeing quite a few of the wig style I purchased getting very poor reviews, but the wig we received was exactly as described. I purchased the salt and pepper/silver gray color & my mom loves it!
